Memberships and Payments

Membership Tiers

We offer two tiers of membership:

Standard Membership: $49/month – Includes access to networking, templates, resources, and virtual events.
Premium Membership: $99/month – Includes additional training access and other perks (to be announced).

Billing and Payment

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.
Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided during sign-up.
If a payment fails, access to the Service may be restricted until the outstanding balance is resolved.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and any payment methods supported by Stripe and EasyPayDirect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted when an error is made by the Company (e.g., duplicate charges, billing mistakes). All other sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any other reason.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and You will not receive a refund of fees already paid.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

In any event, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You for the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no representation or warranty that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The content provided is accurate, reliable, or current.
The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Third-Party Services & Tools Disclaimer

The Section 8 Community may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to social media platforms, payment processors, and virtual event tools. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party providers. Use of these services is at Your own risk, and We encourage You to review their respective terms and conditions.

Earnings Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Any statements made about potential earnings are provided as examples only and do not guarantee future income. Your success depends on multiple factors, including skills, dedication, and business strategies.

Section 8 does not provide financial or legal advice. By joining the Section 8 Community, You acknowledge that results may vary, and We are not responsible for any success or failure in Your business endeavors.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at support@section8doneright.com.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through Our Website. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes Your agreement to the updated Terms.
